Fractional Ownership
We offer a financially prudent way to own an income generating asset. We buy brand new or good grade vehicles as fast as we can have fractional owners that are willing to pay for them.
As the vehicle starts working in a company, the revenue will be distributed on a monthly basis, as rental income. This monthly income will continue until the vehicle is sold off – which is usually around 8 years of operation.
